Arrived in Mendoza. It´s a balmy 30 degrees here (though was -13 at base camp 2 days ago!)

Have met up with Gavin and Steve, will spend tomorrow getting permits, food and gear together before heading off on the 31st.

Just heading out now to sample all that Mendoza is famous for!
